We offer a bespoke, highly flexible service, ideal for owners who still use their property themselves or want to avoid restrictive contracts. We don't lock owners in (unless requested), because our model works perfectly without it.

We only take commission after Airbnb's fee is deducted and after the cleaning fee is sent directly to you. You keep full control of cleaning payments, and we never earn commission on cleaning fees, unlike most operators.
